Any tips about concealed carry and a good holster and gun for IWB carry. I'm 6'5 with a size 36 waist and nothing feels comfortable to me

Concealed carry Empty Re: Concealed carry

I like to carry at the appendix as it is most comfortable for me. I like to wear loose shirts so that the profile of the gun isn't compromised. The best tip I can give you is to leave it alone once it's on your person. You never want to be adjusting it or moving it around as it will create attention, or run the risk of accidentally pulling the trigger. Alot of people carry at the hip which is natural instinct. But a IWB hip carry is noticed very easily. As far as a good gun to carry and a holster, I like the Glock 27 with the Raven Concealment holster. That's my preference. Yours maybe different than mine, it depends on what is most comfortable. I'm 6"2 and a 34 waist and the Raven concealment phantom series holster is very comfortable. The Glock 27 is a great gun for many reasons. It's double stack so you get plenty of rounds, it is chambered in .40 cal so you get a mix of speed and hit, and most importantly it's a sub compact. In my case I added a glock 23 magazine with a mag sleeve on the bottom for add control and well as a set of talon grips and a set of trijicon hd night sights. If you don't want the Glock route due to pricing, i'd recommend the Beretta PX4 Storm. It's THE most comfortable handgun i've ever shot. Also S&W M&P40 is a good choice.
